The University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Nursing is currently recruiting for the position of Director of Diversity Initiatives (PVL #65896). The director will provide leadership within the school's academic programs to promote the diversity of people and perspectives consistent with the school’s mission. Position responsibilities include leading the revision of clinical and classroom curricula aimed at preparing nursing students to address cultural congruency and health disparities; serving as a resource for tenure-track faculty in shaping research programs that address health concerns of diverse populations; and engaging faculty and staff in recruiting and retaining a diverse nursing faculty and student body.
