NURSING PROGRAM MANAGER
$106,925.88- $117,885.72 annually, plus excellent benefits!
Contra Costa County Health Services Department is seeking four (4) exceptional, enthusiastic candidates to fill current vacancies available in the Emergency Department, Inpatient Psychiatry, Detention, and ICU/IMCU at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez, CA. These positions supervise, manage, and maintain the day to day operations of an assigned unit. Position(s) require possession of a valid and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California, a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, hospital or health care administration, or a closely related field, from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of full-time experience or its equivalent as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital, one (1) year of which must have been as a Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, or in a similar supervisory capacity. Two (2) additional years of experience as a Charge Nurse or Head Nurse may be substituted for the Bachelors degree. Additional Certification Requirements include AMA approved Basic Life Support (BLC); as well as CPR.
