Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Blood Bank Laboratory to achieve efficient and effective operations, to ensure quality service, and to meet the needs of clinical staff and patients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Science. MT(ASCP) and SBB certification preferred. Must have NY State Clinical Laboratory License. 5 years experience as supervisor in blood bank. Masters Degree in Immunohematology or SBB certification preferred with 3+ years Blood Bank experience. Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills. Hours: 4:00PM-12:00Midnight, Monday-Friday
